Why wasn't this character's Blade bonded?
At the end of The Way of Kings,
the Herald Talenelat appears carrying his Honorblade, which he drops and doesn't disappear.
We know that Honorblades can be bonded, because
Szeth had bonded Jezerezeh's Blade,and he could summon and dismiss it.
so why wasn't
Talenelat's
Blade bonded?
