How to exit a full dive VR probem?

As seen in sword art online , when you put on a full dive it basically disconnects your brain from your body so when your brain send signals to move your real body the device gets the signal and makes your Avatar move in the game , but your real body wont move (or speak)



Here is the problem :



When you want to exit you must execute a in game command What if there is a bug(Feature) in that game and you cant exit?



How can we safely exit a full dive?
