After long discussion on Thanos and Ant-Man, specifically Ant-Man entering Thanos's various orifices to end his life in a most humiliating and painful way, several esteemed scholars on various halls of discussion devoted to the Marvel Cinematic Universe propounded an entirely new theory.

What if in a cruel twist of fate, Ant-Man grew to Titanic proportions and inserted Thanos into his own orifices in order to crush him/eat him alive.

However, we all know that such a task requires the presence of an orifice itself to access the anal/buccal cavity.

The question is, whether the introduction of such an orifice would affect Ant-Man's ability to change his size?
